Makeup for Eyeglass Wearers
Applying makeup is essential in order to achieve a more beautiful and polished look. With the right type of makeup and technique, your face will definitely draw numerous admirers.

If you think you don’t have to put on makeup because you wear eyeglasses, then think again. Remember that your eyes are still visible since most glasses have clear lenses. If you are far sighted, your glasses will give an illusion of larger eyes which makes your dark under eye circles even more obvious. Reduce your dull and lifeless appearance by applying concealer. Concealers will greatly diminish the dark circles and bluish hues under and around the eyes.
Wearing eyeglasses draw a lot of attention not only to the eyes but the brows as well. Ensure that your eyebrows are well-shaped and defined. Emphasize an arched eyebrow by applying eyebrow pencil or shadow. Remember to stay away from rounded arches.
Your makeup can get smudged or erased each time you remove or put on your glasses. Opt for mineral based makeup since this type is less oily and stays on longer. For your eye shadow, choose an iridescent palette to bring more light into your eyes. Apply the lighter shade on your brow bone and eyeball while use the darker shade on the crease to create more depth. Put some white eyeliner on your bottom waterline too.
Next, take an eyeshadow enhance fluid (or Visine) and mix it with your eye shadow using an angled brush. Apply this mixture on the outer half of the lower lash line and upper lash line. This will really bring out your eyes even while wearing your glasses. Take out your iridescent palette again and use the darkest shade to line your eyes just above the eyelashes. The final steps will be to apply a bit of mascara (and even fake lower eyelashes if you prefer), blush and a nice youthful lipstick shade.
Now that you know this specific makeup technique, you can be beautiful with or without your eyeglasses.
