Makeup Removal
If you take great pains in applying makeup on your face every day, it is only fitting that you also make the time to remove them before you go to bed. No matter how organic or expensive your makeup maybe, these would cause pimple or acne breakouts if you leave them on your face while sleeping. No matter what your skin type may be, practice diligent makeup removal.
There is no right or wrong thing when it comes to removing makeup. As long as the makeup removing products that you use work for you, then it’s fine. But as a tip, it is best to remove the brightest or darkest shade you have on before the other colors as to prevent smearing or smudging of that color all over your face.

For lipstick removal, add a few drops of makeup remover product on your cotton wool remover pad and wipe off the lipstick. You can continue using the same pad by just folding it until the lipstick is completely removed. For the eyes, take one removal pad and tear it half. Soak these halves with cleanser and just stick them underneath your eyes. Add two more pads with cleanser and place them directly on top of your eyes.
Leave them there for a few minutes (patting it a few times) to effectively remove several coats of mascara, eye shadow and even false eyelashes without the need to apply great pressure or abrasiveness.
For the entire face that’s covered with foundation, concealer and blush, thorough makeup removal is needed. So, you use your favorite makeup removal brand for the face and just massage it all over for a few minutes. You can either use water, cotton wool pad, muslin cloth or sponge to remove the product. Always do a second cleanse when removing makeup. The first one is just to remove the makeup while the second cleanse is to meticulously ensure that your skin is totally clean.
Now, you’re fresh and ready for bed!
